Bill Kelvie founded Overture Technologies in the year 2000 to provide advanced technology tools to address complex financial decisions such as a approving a mortgage loan or paying for college.
Andrew Weiss is Overture's COO/CTO. Working with Bill Kelvie at Fannie Mae, Andrew was central to the innovations that emerged as Desktop Underwriter. Andrew has also served as CTO at Merant, a provider of development productivity and management tools.
Henry Barkhorn, Acting CFO, has since 1999 been an advisor to and an active investor in a select group of smaller companies.
Linda Simmons, SVP, Business Development, was most recently with IBM’s Global Business Services where she was a leader in the expansion of their practice into lending and securitization
Roger Conley, General Manager of Overture's Mortgage Technology Division, is a business builder whose 30 year career has included mortgage, real estate and financial industry software, data services and recently, medical services.
Peter Carroll, VP of Product Marketing, was a founder of Overture and has provided leadership for Overture's various product launches in both business verticals.
David Kirby, GM Higher Education, has over 14 years of experience designing and developing enterprise applications and leading software development teams.
Don Cascini, Business Development, Higher Education, was formerly the of President of Erie Processing Corporation and has previously developed a business strategy for Wachovia Education Finance's Top 100 school sector.
Philip Henderson, Overture’s General Counsel, joined Overture from LendingTree, LLC where he served progressively as Associate General Counsel, Director-Corporate Strategy and VP – Government Affairs from 1999 to 2006.
Doug Brockway is responsible for marketing, sales and delivery. He has led Overture’s work at National City, SouthStar, Redwood Trust and a major mortgage investor.
Mary Ann Francis directs Overture's Policy Management Center and Quality Assurance department.
